Alright. So my scanner isn't working because I need to re-install the program BECAUSE my computer was recovered. Nothing was lost, but all to most of the programs needs to be installed again. This includes my tablet AND NOW Photoshop Elements 4.0.

So anyways, whenever I find that program, I cannot upload any sketches. Who knows when I'm going to upload something.
